  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery

6. Phone Numbers, SMS & Communication

Phone numbers collected through our forms and account sign-in are used to communicate with you about your service inquiry, your account, appointment scheduling, and login verification.

SMS/Text Messaging: If you provide your mobile number and consent where applicable, we may send you text messages including one-time login verification codes, service inquiry follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and account notifications. One-time verification codes are sent only in direct response to your login request.

Message frequency varies depending on your activity and account usage. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon cancellation, we delete your data within 90 days unless required by law to retain it.
