1. Service Description

LeadSavePro LLC ("LeadSavePro") provides website design, hosting, maintenance, and AI-powered booking tools for local home service businesses. Our services include custom website creation and AI chatbot integration.

2. AI & Automated Communication Disclosure

Certain features of our platform use artificial intelligence (AI) and automated technologies, including AI chatbots on your website and automated or AI-assisted text messaging (SMS) for lead capture, scheduling, and notifications. Website visitors and customers interacting with these tools may be communicating with an automated system. By using our service, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI and automated technology as part of your website's toolkit and communications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business subscribing to our service. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed via Stripe. First month is due at signup. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at david@leadsavepro.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Website Content & Ownership

You own all content (text, images, branding) you provide for your website. Your website is designed, hosted, and maintained on the LeadSavePro platform. Upon cancellation, we can provide an export of your website content upon request.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to publish misleading or harmful content on your website, or to misuse the AI tools provided. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadSavePro is not liable for lost revenue, website downtime due to third-party failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadSavePro, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
